How did you come to join Bayou City?: A couple of BCRR guys at a running beer bust twisted my arm.
My proudest running accomplishment is: A 30K a few years back (6:57 pace)
My favorite training run is: The last two miles with BCRR on Wed. night or the first 4.5 miles with BCRR on Sunday morning.
My favorite race is: Ten-for-Texas
My best distance is: 15K or 10 miles
I run because: It relieves stress and allows me to eat and drink anything I want in large quantities.
My philosophy for life is: Time is more important than money, anyone can make money, I have yet to meet someone who can make time.
My next goal is: Lowering my Marathon PR, currently at 3:18:15.
The top thing on my dream list is: Retiring early
Other hobbies besides running: Saltwater Lure Fishing/Kayak Fishing

The best running advice I could give would be: Pace yourself, don't go out too fast and burn up in the atmosphere.
